They did great work but very over priced. They swapped out a MRCOOL out door unit for me. About an hour of work. Did not have to vacuum it down or use any Freon and charged 800.00. Disappointed in there price.

The original drain lines on my Mr. CoolDIY dry rotted and slow leaked into my attic leaving water to come through my bathroom ceiling. I wanted to replace the lines with solid pvc. So, I called several local heat and air businesses and no one was willing to service it. I called MP Mechanical and tech Michael called me back. He told me exactly what I needed to fix the issue by myself and gave me the confidence I needed to get it done! He even answered my texts while I was at Lowe's getting parts. I have used MP Mechanical for two years. They repaired my heat pump system and now it works great!! They asked to inspect my duct work and found multiple leaks that were fixed at a very reasonable price once I approved.
