The owner is my next door neighbor, they took great care of diagnosing my ac unit and repairing it accordingly. The most honest and helpful hvac company anywhere in the thomasville/ triad area. Would highly recommend to everyone I know ! Not many places anymore treat there customers this well anymore!

I can't say enough good things about Palmer's Heating & Air. I have had a couple of issues lately and they responded quickly, made a game plan with a reasonable price and fixed my problems as soon as parts were available.

Arrived on time to replace my ac unit and furnance. I had to work in the day of install but Scott kept me abreast on what they were doing. I have ac in my home again with the help of Palmers Heating and Air. If you want the job done right give them a call. They will not disappoint and I will be doing business with them always.
