I had…an odd experience, to say the least. I have been extremely kind— but was met with the owner lashing out at me via text and telling me she “needed to rest” after I told her I wanted to go through with laser opposed to electrolysis after our initial consultation session where I was given the option between the two and had ultimately made up my mind on laser. I am extremely confused by the whole ordeal as I simply was trying to give her my money and my business to which she took offense? I was literally just trying to set up an appointment and she basically told me to find someone else? So, I reached out to another laser clinic. Very very weird text change.

Single business owner who has the right equipment to tackle all hair types. I drive all the way from Roanoke VA because the businesses here just aren’t a as comprehensive or skilled as Denora.

Oh my gosh, she is amazing and truly knows her stuff. This is not a cheap IPL laser. This is top of the line equipment from a seasoned, educated, delightful practitioner! She puts you at ease and takes your hair away for good!!!!
