We have had Taylor's HVAC at our house a couple of times in the past 2 weeks due to the excessively hot weather impacting our AC units. Each time we called, they came as soon as possible. Both times we had the same service tech, McArthur Parker. What a fantastic young man. He is very knowledgeable about AC repair, mature beyond his young age and has a very visible sense of integrity about him. It was a pleasure to chat with him as he worked.
