The order taker was polite and efficient. And when I went to pick up what I'd ordered, it was promptly given to me. The only problem was in the interim they called to say they were having trouble having enough employees to work some days and I should call before coming to make sure someone would be there!
I purchased glasses from Walmart, after bit got new lenses ( in my Walmart frames), after awhile one lens wouldn’t stay in, stopped into Haywood Optical in Waynesville and was told the frames were worthless…thank you very much, motored on over to Walmart and the gal had no issues adjusting the frame and restoring my eyeglasses. So…designer shops are necessarily the best option. Thank you, Sylva Walmart.
I wanted to recognize Michelle and Deb ! They do such a wonderful job in assisting their customers. They are both kind patient and accommodating ! I look forward to getting my glasses each year....They make it fun !
