Jackson Medical Associates

I have been to quite a few urgent cares in my life and this one is outstanding. Sydney was phenomenal and took great care of me. You could tell she was really concerned and wanted me to feel better ASAP. I will definitely come back here. If you have any hesitations, don’t they are the best.

service is fine and all, just don’t expect to get seen anywhere near your scheduled appointment time. every time i’ve come here, i’ve had to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jackson Medical Associates, but especially about Taylor Medlin, DNP. She is truly the reason my family chooses this clinic. As a mom of two boys, having a provider who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring and compassionate means everything.

Taylor makes me feel completely comfortable every time we visit. She listens, never rushes, and always takes the time to explain things in a way that eases my worries. My boys adore her, and she has a special way of making both kids and parents feel understood and supported.
