I love this place and the ladies. But, after going for a while I feel they should be by appt only. Doing a walk-in is worthless in my opinion. The appts will go before the walk-ins no matter the time. So, basically a long wait.
It is difficult to find a salon where the customer feels comfortable and welcoming.
