Tracy's Nails in Swansboro is AWESOME!!! My family members and I have been customers for several years now, and each of us have had excellent services every time! We ALWAYS try to schedule appointments, though occasionally we have been able to walk in...and sometimes the wait is longer and totally depends on time of day, and their available crew working! Speaking of the personnel, EVERYONE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL!! THEY ALWAYS DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! I couldn't be happier with each pedicure I have received over the years. Amazing service and staff! I went in with my sister today for my first day off in a month to treat myself, I didn’t have an appointment so I was a walk-in for a pedicure and a full gel set with a design and had to wait just a bit but absolutely not a problem and wasn’t long! I checked in was absolutely appalled at the service! I was offered a snack and/or drink upon sitting down in the chair, treated amazingly even though it was last minute, and taken care of! The pedicure was great and then they did my nails and they turned out beautifully! Tracy's Nails is amazing! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I refuse to go to any other nail salon because there is no salon that's better than here! I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. I mainly get pedicures here, monthly, and as a toddlers mom who is always running around the pedicure feels amazing as well as the massage chairs! They all do such an amazing job and I will always recommend them to anyone wanting to get their nails done!
