Travis and his team did excellent work repairing our chimney cap. They communicated well and got the work done right on schedule. We had to wait a couple months for their availability, but it was worth the wait. They went above and beyond!

I contacted Reeces Klean Sweep about tree damage to the chimney after Hurricane Helene. Travis came out and looked the damage over and gave me an estimate. While doing so, he pointed out a safety issue with the non-lined flue and included the fix in my estimate. They were 12 weeks out starting the work which was fine and started the repair on the exact day that was promised. Before the work began, he called me after stopping by the project to let me know that we had several loose stones in the fireplace. I needed my chimney relined for both my fireplace and my furnace. Travis and his crew came out and were professional, clean and tidy. The job was done well and they had my heater back on in no time, which is nice since it’s winter. I already talked with him about future work at my house.
