It was a pleasure working with DK Appliance Repair & Maintenance. Domenic was highly professional, knew exactly what had to be done, and made sure the repair was perfectly in order. I will definitely call him again in the event an appliance needs a repair, and I have already recommended him to several of my friends.
We’ve had DK Appliances out a few times in the past 6 months for repairs on our fridge and our gas stove - each time the service was amazing, quick, very well priced, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime we need any repairs, we will always call them!
Dominic has been to my house twice now for two totally unrelated problems and has been honest with me each time about what my options were. He never tried to upsell me or sugarcoat anything - and I’m so appreciative of that. Because each was a unique case he charged me so fairly each time and advised me which appliances I should buy in the future. While I hope I don’t need his services again (haha) I know I have someone I can trust and who will make time to properly diagnose and assess the situation while offering valid solutions.
