I am a fairly small business and I have always deeply appreciated customer service that still feels like our small company is important. I have had the kind of excellent service anyone could hope for from the front office staff, management, loaders in the yard and drivers bringing me concrete.When I have product questions they answer them without being condescending. When drivers arrive with concrete I haven't had one time where it didn't feel like we were actually working together.The 5 star rating is without any reservation.
Carolina ready mix and brick, have been serving me exceptionally well! They have great management and seek to fulfill the customers needs on time. From the dispatch (Marshall) to sales (Ben Garner) to the hauls offs!! Excellent service!
