“I was just in the area visiting family and really needed a massage due to an injury and not taking time off from working out (my fault). I found Ken online and very glad I was able to get an appt while there. Ken really listened to my needs and communicated throughout the treatment on level of pressure and where I wanted/needed focus. Warning - this is NOT a spa treatment. Be prepared to breathe through the treatment. I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. Definitely some soreness in the day or two following as to be expected. But during my workouts the following days I could tell my range of motion was better because the tightness/tension was relieved. All thanks to Ken. I go back to the area every few months and will definitely try to see Ken each time I'm back. He's also a Michigan fan which goes far for me as an alum :)“
