We were scheduled to have a 1 yr service to our unit and Daryl arrived at the reported time after calling to assure all was good. Daryl introduced himself and we talked a bit of his work. We found Daryl professional, friendly, very courteous, and knowledgable. He explained all that was happening/ what he was doing to keep us abreast. He went about his work without any interruptions and covered all of the air system. We enjoyed Daryl and would definitely enjoy having him back again should the need require. Chris and Joe handled the install of our new unit with the utmost professionalism. They were on time, stayed on site until the job was completed, kept the spaces they worked in clean and tidy. Also, highly recommend Chris on the design team. Very knowledgeable about the systems they offer. Communication from all team members (service tech, sales, install) was always timely and professional.
I have been a Gideon customer for about 25 years. Recently it was time to replace the system before it failed on a hot JULY day with all the family in town. From the design specialist (Carl) to installation team (Sam and Carlos) and communication in between the process went smoothly. Great company that stands behind their work.
