We have been using proactive vacations for a few years now and absolutely love them. Communication is great and the homes are always very clean. They send reminders when payment is due which is very helpful. Proactive is my go to when booking vacations. We stayed at mystic mermaid this year and what an absolutely beautiful home. We could not be happier with our decision. We decided to change management companies because of the stress caused by poor communication and a dismissive attitude toward our concerns.
