Palmetto Infusion in Concord is truly amazing. For the past 10 years—on and off—this team has taken such great care of me, and I’m definitely going to miss the incredible group of staff who have supported me throughout my journey here. Unfortunately, due to my insurance no longer being accepted at this pharmacy, I’m very, very sad to have to step away. But this is not a goodbye. The nurses are always amazing! I recommend this company based on the nurses’ care alone! The administrative staff, not as much. I’m in the process of switching from one type of medicine to another. After a couple of weeks with no word, I asked my doctor about it. She contacted Palmetto Infusion and they told her they were waiting to hear back from my insurance. I called my insurance to see if I could do anything to help, and they told me they had not been contacted by Palmetto at all.
