This has been my first experience with electrolysis (as I have tried many other hair removal methods) and I am so pleasantly surprised at how well it works. The key is even on lighter hair color. Charlene is very professional from the atmosphere of her office to the long-standing she holds in this medical procedure. I could not be more pleased with the results.

Charlene is awesome! She takes her time to service you and is also super flexible with trying to book your appointment. She's booked up weeks in advance, but it's well worth the wait and service!
