Chris has integrity! 2x I have brought my 2008 Jeep to Napa, both times nothing wrong and he didnt try to upsale me anything. First, Blacks Tire tried to upsale me 1,200.00 brakes in an annual inspection. Then, Mavis did the same when they said they smelled burnt rubber. I took to Chris and he said my brakes looked fine. Theyve been fine for months now too.
Yesterday, 10/30 I took Jeep for a pressure test on my coolant and had that burning smell. No signs of issues. But Chris could have come out and said I need a new radiator bc there was some signs of a leak just cant find it. He didn't try to sell me anything. Repair leaking air from tire because of sharp object had pierced the tire. Took it in right away. They had to remove tire to patch the hole on the inside. The repair was completed within the next two hours.
