Being a mechanic myself but not auto mechanic. I understand service and can feel when someone is trying to upsell me. I also know what things cost. These people at NAPA are unbelievably honest. Their prices are very fair. They stand behind the work that they perform. We own a Lexus ES 350 and we wouldn't bring our car anywhere else other than Calabash NAPA. That's not because they're less expense. It's because they're excellent at what they do. Why go anywhere else. By the way, we buy our tires there also, because of all the above reasons. Chris has integrity! 2x I have brought my 2008 Jeep to Napa, both times nothing wrong and he didnt try to upsale me anything. First, Blacks Tire tried to upsale me 1,200.00 brakes in an annual inspection. Then, Mavis did the same when they said they smelled burnt rubber. I took to Chris and he said my brakes looked fine. Theyve been fine for months now too.

Yesterday, 10/30 I took Jeep for a pressure test on my coolant and had that burning smell. No signs of issues. But Chris could have come out and said I need a new radiator bc there was some signs of a leak just cant find it. He didn't try to sell me anything. The Jeep radiator fluid is basically on watch.
