We have used the services of Stokesdale Veternary services sine the first opened. They have always been very caring while taking care of our animals from our toy poodle and Bichon to our two full size Goldendoodles. They explain all of the options when decisions needed to be made. They have always been super professional while at the same time treating our dogs as if they were their own.
I recently switched to Stokesdale Veterinary from my previous vets for my cats. I instantly felt welcomed! I had brought in a few stray kittens to get checked out, the vet and everyone was extremely patient with me and all my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to make me get all these test and shots. They provide information on things I'm not sure about to read and understand.
Blue had a severe ear infection over the weekend and his regular vet could not see him on Saturday because they were over booked and had no appointments available. I tried a local emergency vet clinic and they were also full. When I tried Stokesdale Vet Hosp they worked him in their schedule and provided the needed care and medications. He was much better by Sunday and as of today his ears have almost totally cleared up. Stokesdale Vet Hosp made a follow up personal telephone call to check up on Blue even though he is not a regular patient. I was very impressed with all of the staff.
