Excellent experience with Josh and team. He spends a lot of extra time explaining things in detail and providing very in depth reports. He spends a good amount of time at the house to ensure he has examined every corner. He has extensive knowledge of building and making repairs. He even allowed us to call him when we were doing a pre drywall inspection to speak directly to the contractor. That was very helpful because we couldn’t easily reiterate what Josh had explained to us- and it resolved the issue by discussing a solution that worked for all. Don’t hesitate to book with them- money well spent. Let the expert do his thing- you can trust him.
