Excellent experience with Josh and team. He spends a lot of extra time explaining things in detail and providing very in depth reports. He spends a good amount of time at the house to ensure he has examined every corner. He has extensive knowledge of building and making repairs. He even allowed us to call him when we were doing a pre drywall inspection to speak directly to the contractor. That was very helpful because we couldn’t easily reiterate what Josh had explained to us- and it resolved the issue by discussing a solution that worked for all. Don’t hesitate to book with them- money well spent. Let the expert do his thing- you can trust him.

I highly recommend CYA Home Inspections provides top-notch and valuable service! Josh and his team are professional and take their client's best interests as their priority. Josh is communicative and always tries to reach out to the client before the inspection and let the client know ahead what to expect. He spends hours at the property for his inspection.
