I have been looking for a good doctor for my dogs. I have been to several other places and was not happy with any of them. Doctor Cartner is very knowledgeable and cares for my dogs! I will continue to take my babies there!

I am so disappointed and downright angry about the service here. I've spent $6,000 on knee surgery for 2 dogs and am treated terribly. Every time we go, on time, for our scheduled time we wait while watching designer dogs parade in and out. Today was the 4th time I've refused to wait any longer after being told that the other 11 dogs and 1 cat were seen by 1 other vet in 1 hours' time and Dr Cartner was in surgery! Then why was I scheduled for 8am today? I had to cut the bandage off my dog's leg left on from last Thursday myself because it fell down to her ankle and was rubbing on her surgical site! I called 4 times the day before surgery with a medication question and waited 20 minutes on hold each time and never got a return call and that happened another time just last month! I got an email days later asking how my dog was doing and I reported what happened and no one ever responded. Let's see when I'm taken on Wednesday for my 3pm rescheduled appointment.
