I needed a new roof and a friend of mine suggested I call Knox Roofing of Statesville NC.. So glad I made that call to Knox Roofing.They came to my house did an inspection free of charge and gave me my estimate and I agreed for the new roof to be done. These guys did an amazing job on the roof ,gutters ,etc and were the most professional at all times. John and his crew are the best at roofing and I would give them a top quality rating !!! Very pleased with the entire process with Knox Roofing and Restoration, from initial consultations with Dalton on our house and garage to the roof and gutter replacements with the work crews. Dalton's communications were prompt and accurate, and the crews worked very efficiently and with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. They even came to finish the gutter installations on a Saturday. I also appreciated the close coordination between Knox and the painters who worked before and after the roofers. Highly recommended!

5 star Plus Work - Never had such a fantastic company to deal with in the trade. Excellent Crew and management. Replaced our sheating too and gave us a guarantee. Who does that anymore? Knox does! Don't bother to get other quotes, just contract with Knox! You will be as happy as we are with your job.

We had total re-roof after 28 years. Dalton was immediately responsive, answered all questions. We had pictures and video of the condition of our roof and all repairs. The crew was great and clean-up was spotless. 100% recommend.

Extremely happy with the new roof we got from Knox Roofing.
I first had a roof inspection done, and Dalton gave me very clear and honest feedback about my roof. I never felt pressured into a sale and wasn't made to feel like my roof was going to cave in on me if I didn't do something right away. After we decided to get our roof replaced, he was very helpful answering questions about different shingles and stuff. Also very fast to respond.
Once the crew arrived, it was crazy how fast and efficient they worked. The crew was all very friendly and respectful of our house and yard. Other than a beautiful new roof, you couldn't tell they had ever been there.
I would be happy to recommend Knox, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
