Had a blockage in my main sewer line and called Hall's and they were able to come out same day despite it being late in the day! The technician was polite and explained all the services he was completing and the associated costs. Ended up having roots in the sewer line and reached out to a different company for a second opinion and estimate. The other estimate came in lower, however, I likely would have used Halls otherwise.

Gage was very polite very informational explained everything to me that he was doing so I understood. Overall, he was a great technician and done an outstanding job. I would recommend him and your company to other people that may have plumbing issues.

Had a water leak on a new bathtub faucet. AIden took the two water lines off and attached two new fitting. Cost was $277.00 for one hour work. I couldn't finish the job myself due to a shoulder injury. He did a fine job but it seems very high for an hours work and maybe $5.00 in the two fittings needed. They were clean and ontime and did a fine job.
