We had two heat pumps fail this year, most recently in our rental property while the temperature was running well over 95F. Needless to say, this was urgent. In both cases I worked with Brandon Pope, and I cannot overstate how happy with his support. He and the Griffin team were professional and got things done well. Great support and service.
