Griffin Heating & Air Conditioning

We had two heat pumps fail this year, most recently in our rental property while the temperature was running well over 95F. Needless to say, this was urgent. In both cases I worked with Brandon Pope, and I cannot overstate how happy with his support. He and the Griffin team were professional and got things done well. Great support and service. I have been counting on Griffin for 15 years and the have never let me down.

My husband and I needed a new furnace and chose to get another Carrier. Since we were replacing the furnace, we decided to replace the 33 year old A/C unit as well since they are connected. I contacted Griffin and soon got a call from Brandon Pope. I instantly liked him and have now had multiple conversations with him. He and multiple other professionals came out and replaced everything. Brandon sat down with me to go over how the thermostat worked and he helped me set up the account.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. 10/10 would recommend. Brandon got our new HVAC unit installed faster than I could have asked for and went above and beyond for us. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and explained everything with grace and tact. He even cleaned up any debris that was left behind once the installation was finished and put everything back in its place in our office. I have never been so impressed with an HVAC company in my life (and we've dealt with MANY over the years). This will be the only company we will be using from here on out!
