Clayton Homes of Statesville (NC) I’m personally not the buyer, I took my parents there to purchase their home. We had looked around at several other mobile home dealers in Hickory and Morganton. Also viewed some online in surrounding areas. Ultimately ended up right back in Statesville where we pretty much began. The approach from their sales team was great. Purchasing our first home was such a big milestone, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Kimberly Rivera. From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel less overwhelming and so much more manageable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer our questions—no matter how big or small.
Kimberly took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the entire journey. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, not just any home.
