Very GOOD communication and for my computer that runs my business. They where able to get my desktop back up and running again. Looking at getting a new desktop unit built by them to help replace the one that they where able to get back up and running again. Much respect and ideal small business helping each other out!
I have used them a few years ago so when my husband computer crashed, they were the first repair shop that came to mind. They did not disappoint. Always diligent to keep us updated by email step by step. And their rates are so reasonable. I will recommend them to others.
Just had to bring in my computer for a small repair ended up being nothing major but these guys are all fantastic. Very quick turnaround , professional status updates and very very reasonably priced. They will be the only place I bring my computers to in the future.
