Very streamlined experience with excellent communication. I would recommend AgSouth Farm Credit and Tori Cardea for their excellent service and old school approach. I felt like a person, not just a number on a file.

We received excellent service at Carolina Farm Credit! Everyone went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with the financing for the construction of our new home! Our loan officer Peggy Broach was amazing! She was there to help me every step of the way. I always knew she was just a phone call away! They truly make you feel like family at Carolina Farm Credit. Thank you guys so much!

AgSouth Farm Credit is an agriculture financing cooperative. AgSouth provides loans for land, production agriculture, farm equipment, crop insurance, leasing, and home mortgages. The Association serves 147 counties across the states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and is headquartered in Statesville, North Carolina. AgSouth Mortgages is the home loan division of AgSouth Farm Credit. AgSouth Mortgages specializes in home loans with large acreage. They also offer construction to permanent loans, VA loans, first-time homebuyer programs, and USDA loans.
