My husband and I walked in and wanted to view homes. Ms. Teresa's made us feel so at ease and she walked with us to every home along with another family that was wanting to see the homes, she answered all questions, and she was very knowledgeable, you can just tell that she loves her job. I had to tell her that she can never quit her job, because she's just so good at what she does, and you can see the passion she has for it. I'm giving her a 10/10.

We came in just to browse and ended up getting a lot of information for when we go to buy a home! They were very thorough with what comes with the homes and how we could set them up. I definitely recommend coming in and talking to Don and Teresa! I will definitely be back soon to discuss building our forever home!

We are in the planning phases of our forever home, and wanted to see if a modular home was a great option. We are so happy we stopped in! Ms. Cindy gave us a grand tour of each of the models! Ms. Cindy was so helpful with all her knowledge and so patient with all of our questions! And did I mention, she did all this knowing we were not gonna be able to purchase from her! It was truly a blessing stopping in and seeing the amazing homes, all the features, all the possibilities, at an AMAZING price point! Ms. Cindy was so great, I wanted to haul her back to Maryland with us! Thank you so much again!
