I contacted Pool Pros the evening of June 4th. Craig contacted me the following morning to discuss the issue I was facing of my pool pump not turning on. He was out that same afternoon and had the pump back up and running pretty quickly. Great service, great pricing and will be using him again. Thanks for such a quick turnaround on service!!

I have been using Pool Pros of Charlotte exclusively for almost 2 years. They are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of keeping your pool operating at a top level. Orlando R. is a co-owner of this company and he makes weekly visits to ensure the chemicals are in range and the mechanical side is operating at its peak performance. Swimming pools have become highly technical. Having a quality pool service is a must. I am 100% satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them.

Great communication. Been using Pool Pros for 2 years and week-in-and-week out they do an excellent job managing our pool. They attend to our equipment and are very helpful whenever we have a problem. Most recently, we had a substantial mud slide into our pool and Craig and team had the entire mess cleaned up (over a weekend) within 48 hours. They do excellent work and Craig is very responsive.
