I contacted Pool Pros the evening of June 4th. Craig contacted me the following morning to discuss the issue I was facing of my pool pump not turning on. Great communication. Been using Pool Pros for 2 years and week-in-and-week out they do an excellent job managing our pool. They attend to our equipment and are very helpful whenever we have a problem. Most recently, we had a substantial mud slide into our pool and Craig and team had the entire mess cleaned up (over a weekend) within 48 hours. They do excellent work and Craig is very responsive.
