This is my first experience buying a hot tub! It took me a long time trying to find out everything I could about one before making my decision. During my research I came across Epic’s options. Sean McGinnin, from the Cornelius store, was really a great help… I would say it’s a huge difference having someone like him… knowledgeable but not pushy at all !!! Sean went through my process always happy to answer my questions comparing to other options out there (and there are many!!!) From start to finish, our experience with Epic Hot Tubs in Cornelius was truly exceptional. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect hot tub for our space—not just pushing a sale. Their showroom is beautiful, and the selection was top-notch, but what really stood out was the level of service.
They answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!), walked us through the features of each model, and made the whole process feel easy and exciting. Delivery was smooth, setup was handled perfectly, and now we’re enjoying our backyard oasis every day.
