Estep Electrical does not need my review (they already have a great reputation), but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to thank them for the excellent work they did for us. This is a family business that treated us like part of the family. They did everything we asked at a reasonable rate and did not try to upsell us on anything. They were professional, polite, and treated our home with care. Having tried other electricians, I know how rare it is to have this type of experience. I can’t thank them enough.

Jimmy, the owner of Estep Electric, came to install a dimmer and work up a quote for a lighting fixture. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patiently listened to what I needed. I inquired about my lighting and electrical system that his company had installed in my new home. He took a lot of time explaining how everything worked. He is a kind and exceptional young man. His wife handles the phones and appointments and was gracious and professional in scheduling. They are a family business and care about their reputation, which is so rare nowadays. I highly recommend Jimmy and his company!
