Josh was skilled, knowledgeable and kind. He diagnosed the problem with my water system and addressed it to the fullest of his capabilities at that visit. I feel confident he will arrange the follow-up visit as needed and that his diagnosis is accurate. Excellent service!
Burleson has been taking care of our plumbing needs for the past two years, including an installation project on an old farmhouse renovation and repairs at our home. When our well system pressure tank failed the day guests were arriving, Matt took the time to explain the problem over the phone, got the parts we needed, and sent Jarrod and Pat over to make the repairs that same day, despite their full schedule. The guys did an excellent job with the repairs. It’s refreshing to find a company that still focuses on customer service and quality workmanship!
