Thank you so much to ALL the staff that helped my Marley yesterday. I also remember that at drop off I informed Ms. Casey at the front desk that when Marley goes potty she always gets a treat and she made note of it and they took it seriously. When we picked up Marley her bag of treats my husband packed were almost gone she had 3 itty bitty pieces left!! :) I love that they incorporated that at drop off and took that note completely seriously as she is one of my babies and for an establishment to take small things such as that seriously is awesome thank y’all so much for always taking care of my family every time we go!!! Hinkle’s Pet Hospital and the doctor on staff this weekend just helped save our precious little French Bulldog Wally’s life over the weekend. The meds they gave him bought him just enough time to make it to the animal ER (upon their recommendation). We are so thankful of their great service and swift thinking. Wally thanks them as well!
The staff is always welcoming and kind with our animals and we love that they are absolutely NOT afraid to visit the vet. The Techs are awesome and always stive to make your pet feel comfortable. The office staff are consummate professionals and take care of you with concern and kindness. Love this office and the staff. Never have had a question unanswered, never felt guilty for calling with a question -- if it concerns you, it concerns them and they will go above and beyond to take the best care of your furry family!
