“I am EXTREMELY particular about my hair and *Jayla* here at Hair Castle ALWAYS hooks me up! I even went a long time between visits this last time, and she didn’t forget me or what I prefer! I like a stylist that is adaptable, and she’s great at just the right amount of small talk(you feel welcome and attended to, but don’t get hair in your mouth!) Price is very fair for the quality of her work. She can do curly or straight, always checks before she chops, which is HUGE when you have curly shrinkage.
Salon is always clean and fresh. I love a clean and slightly disorganized salon, because then I know stylists are actually going through products right then, etc. to get YOUR specific hair looking it’s best, not just organized because everyone gets the same cookie-cutter service. We plan to continue to come here, and bring back our kids for cuts.“

“I like the concept Great Clips has, in that any changes I want for my hair cut is listed in the DB, so if/when I travel, it should be listed. I don't have to stumble with repeating myself.

That said, I have gone to this location twice and found the stylist to be very personable and acclimated to my conversation level without being pushy or shy.“
