I contacted Billings and they were booked out two weeks. Therefore, I contacted Carolina Heating and Air in Roaring Gap. They sent two techs out to check my system and charge the refrigerant. After the house failed to cool, I called Billings and they sent a tech out. Turns out the other company techs didn't check the thermostat; and there was a grounded wire actuating the color air and heat strips. The billings tech fixed the problem in 10 minutes. In short, contact Billings if you have an A/C issue - even if you have to wait a little. They are competent, reliable, and reasonably priced.“
