I had a good experience at Wilmington Eye, Southport. It was my first meeting with Dr. Pitale and I liked him very much. Great personality!! I must say that they definitely need more staff in Southport. I truly felt bad for the girls working there on Tuesday, July 7th. They had to move around quickly to meet the needs of the patients. I would prefer that Wilmington Eye put more help in Southport as the numbers warrant it.

This is my first time interacting with Wilmington Eye - Southport. I contacted Wilmington Eye for an exam following an emergency room visit. The staff member who answered the phone was attentive, professional, and very polite. An appointment was scheduled for under two hours (very impressive). Upon arrival for my appointment, I found the reception desk staff member, the vision techs, and the attending eye doctor to all be equally professional, friendly, and attentive. I certainly will engage this practice for all my vision care needs when I move to Southport full time.
