I recently went to the Watertown spa, and received a laser treatment from Lynn. She really went above and beyond expectations. Lynn took the time to explain every aspect of the laser treatment, which was actually called CO2 and IPL. She was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She actually showed me before, and after pictures of previous patients, and I am super thrilled with the experience, and the results. I cannot wait to see her for my second treatment, as I will be going to her for a lifetime.!

Susie is a miracle worker. Got a color job at another salon in Southport and was very disappointed as it was not at all what I asked for. The next day, Susie treated my hair and added highlights based on what I requested; the color came out so amazing and better than I hoped for! The staff at Watertown Hair are so nice, professional and accommodating. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Great prices and location, too. Highly recommend!

These ladies are absolutely wonderful... Jennifer is so friendly and welcoming when you call and walk in and Susie is just the absolute best stylist I have found in the area. She is warm, kind, collaborative and very clearly knows her craft. Very talented.... the best experience, from start to finish. So happy to have found this salon! :)

had appt that was made on the phone yesterday. When I drove 45 mins , they told me they didnt have me scheduled and I explained yes you even mentioned you were next to Port Javaon the phone. They asked me to show PROOF on my phone that I called them, I told them I used my husbands phone not mine. Very very inconsiderate. Would never recommend going to this place.

Janette was the sweetest lady there. She did my hair and did it excellent job. I feel like she enjoyed playing with my hair more than doing it which I don't mind it was wonderful, great prices, great atmosphere, perfect location.
