I called on 9-11-24 they returned my call promptly. I asked how long it would be to have a residential service call. I was told that they could have a tecnician at my house at 8:00a.m. on 9-12-24. I described what the call would be about. At 8:00 a.m. the technician rang the door bell. I greated him and he gave his name. He came in and I identified the probem and what I had already done. He started his systematic search for the problem. In about 45 minutes he identified the problem which required that we replace a ceiling light fixture. We called Robert Prince about 10 am about a short that was tripping a breaker. Robert Prince sent Greg to our house by noon the same day to take a look. He was very professional and polite and found/fixed the short which turned out to be a flood light that had water in it. The pricing was very fair. This will be our electrician for all future needs.
I needed an electrician to check the wiring in my attic for damage caused by raccoons.This had to be done after the insulation was removed on Tuesday morning and before the new lnsulation was placed on wednesday.The electrician who was scheduled to do this hurt his back and was unable to do it.I called Robert Prince on Monday and expained my problem and he came out on Wednesday morning and checked all of the attic wiring before the insulation people arrived to blow in the new insulation.
