I had an electrical problem one room would not receive electricity. I thought it would be simple to figure out of course it wasn't . And Rick came in and evaluated the problem it wasn't a normal problem.. because I had worked as an electrician earlier in my life and couldn't figure it out. I also couldn't physically do the work to trace it down. Rick not only did the work but explained it very well so I can understand it and he traced down the problem although it took extra time out of his day.. he was very knowledgeable in how electrical systems worked indifferent types of housing.. long story short he found problem and fixed it. And still only charged me a service charge...read full review
