For over 10 years I have been a Mainsfield Brothers loyal customer. Today as I was attempting to settle a maintenance invoice from yesterday's service with Mr. Paul (who presented himself as a boss and the owner) I expressed my opinion about the previous service (winter maintenance) being uncomfortable with the technician's attitude. Unfortunately, Mr. Paul Failed to handle my complaint appropriately, he was rude and responded defensively then telling me to find someone else to service my heating and AC unit that was purchased and installed by Mainsfield brothers. As Mainsfield Brothers become too big that customer service is no longer a priority? Mr. Paul needs to improve is customer service skills.

Thank you so much Mansfeild brothers ! Yesterday they replaced an old failed unit of 20 years with a brand new air handler and compressor. They are the nicest people you could ever meet. They were so comfortable to have in the house and made the whole experience a trouble free and pleasant experience. I cannot say enough about this company and the service they have provided me in Southport for 11 years. Always quick to respond they have kept our houses here cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Wonderful people , again thank you.

Had HVAC issue. They came and could not repair. Charged $130 service call and got nothing for it. They scheduled follow up appointment to trouble shoot and never showed up. Sent email questioning what happened and got no response back. Will not use them again.
