Called Mansfield Brothers in a bit of jam after another company became unresponsive and the temperature in our home became very uncomfortable. Mansfield was timely, responsive, and reasonably priced. Appreciated how educational they were in explaining what was wrong and what to expect as we finish out the life on our older unit!
Just had Zack from Mansfield Brothers repair our AC. He got here within a couple hours of me calling. Got our air fixed quickly. Very nice young man. Decided to go with service agreement which gives us two inspections per year and puts you on the priority list. Zack explained how the agreement worked and we instantly get 15 percent off today’s bill for signing up. I am glad I took the suggestion from a friend to use them. I felt very much like the company is straight up and honest from the start.
