These guys earned the trust of my grandparents and as a result, the rest of our local family for any future a/c needs.
Another local company (A+ heating and air) tried to convince them that either a circuit board or entire unit was needed to solve their problem.
Halo showed up and even knowing the previous assessment that they could’ve capitalized onthemselves, gave an honest diagnosis. Result? Loose wire and less than $100.
Saved my family thousands of dollars. Thanks guys!
