Manning’s transferred my termite bond; Jared came out to meet us and explained their services. He did an inspection and found that the dehumidifier was no good. They put a new one in the same day!
I was very impressed with their promptness, professionalism and efficiency. I’m very happy to have them doing our termite/pest control.
Update: 07/13/2025 After six months, I am happy to say that Manning's is very reliable and does good work, and that goes for their technicians, too. They are always efficient, friendly, and respectful. Thanks, Nick, for our last dehumidifier check!
Outstanding service by Tyler Wells pest technician A delight to work with she went under the house checked the dehumidifier and did the termite inspection and also helped me with a rat problem on my deck. Can’t thank her enough.

Tyler was here to do our yearly termite inspection-our quarterly pest treatment-and service our crawlspace dehumidifier. Very nice to have someone who cared about what they were doing. Took the time to explain what was being done and pointed some issues with our dehumidifier sump and contacted her office and all was corrected same day. Mannings must be very proud to have Tyler as an employee.
