Christy at Healing Waves Massage Therapy gives the best massage in the most relaxing environment. She really listens to what you prefer and then delivers an exceptional experience. I’ve had several massages with her and go back as often as I can. Highly recommend!
A few months ago, my regular massage therapist left town to be closer to where he lives. I asked him for a recommendation for a local (Southport/Oak Island) massage therapist. He recommended Christy Macklin @ Healing Waves Massage Therapy and mentioned that he went to her as well. I figured, who better to get a recommendation for a massage therapist than another great massage therapist!! Christy is very warm, welcoming, listens well and immediately puts you at ease. I really like a good deep tissue massage, and Christy is really one of the best. She is really gifted in this area. I felt relaxed and comfortable at all times. Had the most wonderful experience at healing waves today! Christy went above and beyond to squeeze me in last minute for a much needed prenatal massage. I will definitely be returning for a much needed massage post delivery!
