We are from out of state and our dog developed a lump on her side… We read the wonderful reviews of this hospital and they got us in very quickly. The staff is wonderfully friendly and compassionate. They took plenty of time to explain our options and delivered quality care we couldn’t be happier with our experience Special shout out to Shelby.

Having moved into the area recently and not having a veterinarian, when our cat got sick,(wouldn’t eat or drink) Four Paws was there for us when no one else could “squeeze”her in! Their care and kindness was impeccable!! I would recommend Dr Burns and her staff to anyone looking for great veterinary care !!!

Everyone from the reception to the doctor were top notch. Pleasant, caring and willing to listen. I highly recommend Four Paws for you dogs health (probably cats too, but I don't have one).

After what is in my opinion poor customer service I have moved my dogs to another Vet in Southport. The Doctors at this Vet are great but the Techs and staff are condescending and unprofessional in my experience and opinion. In a recent phone conversation with the staff regarding heart worm prevention medication the representative kept referencing " the law " multiple times. I do not know NC law regarding heart prevention RX but why not be professional and courteous and just state guidelines and requirements. Very sad to see such a great group of Vet Doctors accept poor customer service from staff.

Had an appointment but I wrote the wrong date down. They called asked me if I wanted to reschedule and that they were going to charge me $50 for the missed appointment. My personal doctor dont do that!!!
