When it was time to start building our dream home, it was no question we wanted to work with Drake Construction. We’ve had the pleasure of seeing some of his previous works and we knew straight away we would indeed be getting our dream home. From the start, Ron was very professional and honest. It’s very apparent that Ron works hard and is proud of what he does. We could also ask for his professional opinion and he would give us the best options for our personal taste and budget. We loved working with Drake Construction, Ron, and Brady, and would recommend them to anyone!
My wife and I started working with Ron about a year ago. We had an old beach house that was in need of major repairs or needed to be completely torn down. After meeting with Ron, we decided to tear the old house down and rebuild a newer more modern house. After deciding on our plan, we worked with Ron to move forward. Ron took care of everything and kept us informed during the whole process. He kept us updated with pictures and calls during the construction of our house. When we moved to NC we ended up buying a spec home from Drake Homes. After we moved in we did have a few minor issues but they were taken care. Ron’s superintendent Tim Rivenbark was great. If you needed anything he was very helpful and great to work with.
