Thanks to Steve & Danny from Bell’s Supply who were able to service and troubleshoot our heat pump. Their knowledge and experience came through as we navigated together a smart thermostat that wasn’t cooperating, as well. Bell's Supply Heating & Air is the best!! We had a problem with one of our units, and they were very timely in their response and provided updates. They were cheaper than most others for the service call, and they helped us greatly with the blower motor problem we were having. Bryan, OB and Damian were professional, very knowledgeable and courteous, and we can't thank them enough for all of their help. They are the company you want for HVAC service!!

I have been dealing with Bell for several years and never had a complaint I’m not complaining this time I just don’t understand what’s going on the service man came three times to put Freon in my four year old air conditioner each time I had to pay $150 for service charge my air conditioner is under warranty for parts after the third visit they came and said I needed a New part and that they had to order it weeks later they called to say the part came in it’ll be a $500 installation charge I don’t understand why it’s so expensive insulation I’m just asking

Simply awesome! Called at 2:30pm to request an appointment and our technician Steve was at our door within the hour. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Investigated the issue we described and had the problem fixed quickly. We will definitley be using Bells Supply Heating & Air for all our future HVAC needs.

I had duck work and a new heat pump installed by bells supply 7 years ago here on gum Rd bsl, after 7 years had zero problems, they do great work and reasonable pricing. I will surely use them in the future !

This has been our second time using Bells. They have always been super accommodating and able to get us in same day for a repair. They are beyond professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I am impressed with how quickly they work and at a beyond fair price. 10/10.

Recent repair was not (apparently) effective and several weeks later we were without heat when it was 30d outside on a Sunday. When you call after hours/weekends they only have one tech and yoou get no call back with any updates. Understand that swings in temp create increased service calls but company needs to anticipate/staff/prepare for it. Poor after hours / welend service levels.

We called Bell this morning at 10:28 to request service call, AC was not working. They called at 11:10 and said they are on the way, arrived at 11:25, fixed by 11:45 ?
