The entire staff is wonderful here! This is the place to take nervous newbies (like myself) :) everyone was so kind and explained each process in depth to me. I arrived early to my appointment and was taken back almost immediately!

I was originally scheduled for an eye appointment, but as the week went by my symptoms were getting worse. I called back hoping to be seen sooner, and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He was able to get me an appointment the very next day. During the visit, they discovered I had a hole in my retina and quickly referred me to a specialist.

Insurance can be a nightmare, but he walked me through the process, answered every call, and truly went out of his way to make sure everything was handled. His professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend this office.

Been going to Triangle Vision in Southern Pines for 3 years. The doc’s are good and use advanced equipment for exams. Staff are very helpful with glasses selection, too. Knowledge of your insurance.
