I've been going to Triangle Visions for close to a decade! The staff is great, very knowledgeable and always helps me pick out the best frames ?? I always know I'll be taken care of. Shout out to Dana, she's the best!

Nice people/Bad product: Disappointed that the lens coating is peeling away on both my prescription lenses for my glasses and sunglasses. They are 3 yrs old and this has never happened before with past lenses. I called and they said the eyeglass lens type was discontinued and I should buy the more expensive Crizal Rock lens next time. My sunglasses lens is a standard coating lens which clearly cant survive 3 yrs. 1 yr warranty unfort. That said the store associates are nice, courteous.

Eye appointment went very smooth and professionally. It was my experience with the male Optician, I still do not know his name. When we ordered my glasses I did not feel that he took the time to explain my benefits and the costs. Would have been helpful to see the screen or a printout before everything was agreed upon. Then, when I picked up my glasses I had to ask for an optician to sit with me and ensure the glasses were indeed good for me. He came over, handed me a card asked how well I can read the lines.
